ROI-group layer (polygon vector data)

Regions of interest (ROI) are polygons with associated name.
ROI-groups are created from VectorDB layers by collecting polygon features and a name-property.

Create ROI-group layer

At the vectordb layer details page the ROI-group layer view with same name can be activated (details).

At the web interface - tab LAYERS - Vectordbs - my_layer layer detail page:

• Click STRUCTURED ACCESS-button
• Switch on/off ROI-group
• When done, click APPLY-button: ROI-group layers of same name will be created
• At tab LAYERS - ROI groups - my_layer layer detail page: view ROI can be inspected
